This past weekend First Impressions had it’s second screening at the Charlotte Film Festival! They’ve had us out the past three years and have been nothing short of awesome! Hopefully we’ll get a chance to make it out there one day.
Also this past weekend the San Angelo Revolution Film Festival had their second fest and the first in person one! Random Knowledge was a selection last year and You’re the Puppet this year so they both got to screen! The town put on such an amazing show and the theater was a legit movie palace and it was so cool to see my ridiculous films there. And for some reason they decided to honor me with the Filmmaker of the year award!
All in all it was a fantastic weekend, three films played in the same day and winning the Filmmaker of the Year award. And we started making some plans to shoot the next one soon….
